Sports Photo wants to give you a few reminders to help picture day run smoothly and on time. Picture day will be Saturday April 21st 2012.
Remember: Picture day is a fund raiser. A percentage of sales goes back to your league.
For parents:
Show up about 15 minutes before scheduled time to fill out the paperwork.
Bring all the players gear.
Pictures are not ordered until they are paid for.
For coaches:
Line players up from shortest to tallest, this can be done while parents are filling out paperwork.
This includes jerseys tucked in(at coaches discretion), and shoes tied.
Please don't let players run and play before pictures so they don't get hot and sweaty.
Players will need envelopes in their hand when individual pictures are taken.
Team Schedule can be viewed and printed in the Available for Download Section.
PLEASE TRY TO BE AT THE SHOOT 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED SHOOT TIME SO YOU CAN GATHER YOUR TEAM AND HAVE ENVELOPES COMPLETED. THIS WILL HELP SPEED UP YOUR SHOOT SO YOU CAN GET TO YOUR WARMUPS AND GAMES.
